Job Description

As their Regional Marketing Manager, you will work closely together with your direct report: the Director of Sales and Marketing Benelux. You’ll lay out your very own strategy for the Benelux, focused on generation of leads.

Your full focus will be optimizing, creating and rolling-out B2B marketing campaigns for your region, and your tasks will differ from determining marketing activities (messages, campaigns and distribution channels) as well as driving internal and external partnerships to ensure you achieve the business goals. You’ll basically oversee all marketing activities to generate the market for their products and services. And you’ll of course have a deep understanding of client’s needs and the competitive field.

To be the Regional Marketing Manager Benelux we are looking for in this vacancy, you definitely need to have:

  • Excellent track record in strategic marketing: timely and qualitative execution of marketing strategy and budget responsibility
  • Ability to create and manage a (digital) lead marketing funnel
  • Experience with (international) stakeholder management


To fulfill this vacancy and become the Regional Marketing Manager Benelux at this international organization, we expect the following competences:

  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing position (preferably within Tech/SaaS)
  • Expertise in digital and online marketing (Preferably experience with Eloqua & Salesforce)
  • Excellent Dutch and English oral and written communication skills (French is a plus)
