You will join an international best-in-class marketing team, with a very entrepreneurial mindset and sets new goals every single day. The HQ is based in the surrounding of Amsterdam (Diemen), and they are known to be one of the most exciting organisations in their industry.

Your responsibilities

As Marketing Manager NL/BE you will create and initiate the digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for the Digital Marketing budget and you’ll constantly prioritize to find the best mix between digital activities such as Online Marketing, Content & PR and commercial Project Management. The position is both strategic and operational and you’ll work closely together with the Dutch Salesteam, the Dutch MD and the Marketing Operations team. Given that this organisation is present in Europe, you’ll attend international meetings with your peers (Marketing Managers from different regions) twice a month. Furthermore, you’ll set up new commercial partnerships with brands in order to skyrocket the awareness and revenue.

To fulfill this vacancy we are looking for someone that knows how to:

  • Acquire, grow and retain customers by developing campaigns, promotions & partnerships and uplift the visibility of the brand
  • Cooperate seamlessly with Internal Marketing, Sales, Product & Engineering teams as well as with Creatives, Media and Agencies while executing the B2C & B2B strategy
  • Provide regular (management) reports on local marketing activities and results

Requirements

For this vacancy we are looking for a Marketing Manager with the following track record:

  • 4 – 6 years of experience as an Omnichannel Marketing Manager / Digital Manager
  • A true analytical mindset; you know how to analyse results and work accordingly
  • Experience with above the line & below the line marketing – Digital Marketing, Social Media & Brand Management (preferably with marketing automation & CRM)
