Job Description

As Marketing & Communication Manager you will be responsible for all MarCom activities throughout Europe. You will work closely together with the Business Development team and Front End Development team and you will directly report to the Chief Growth Officer. Your focus will be on building the MarCom processes and eventually start a team of experts to create new online and offline marketing and communication materials. You will be the main point of contact for new collaborations to create new successes. You will have diverse responsibilities from the contribution to the execution of new strategies. Main responsibilities for this vacancy are:

  • Planning and setting up Marketing Campaigns, via online and offline channels
  • Managing Content on the website and optimizing the Customer Journey
  • Creating press releases and coordinate PR activities


To fulfil this vacancy and to become the Marketing & Communication Manager at this international organisation, you will need the following requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B Marketing position
  • Hands-on and proactive mindset, you are ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done
  • Excellent Dutch and English oral and written communication skills (fluency in Dutch is required!)
