The job description

As the Marketing Automation Specialist of this Marketing team, you’re the one to create and build user journeys and workflows as well as delivering digital campaigns.

You will also focus on lead scoring, segmentation and data analysis, while working closely with the copywriter and digital specialists of the Marketing team. You’ll test and analyse workflow, content, lead scoring and tactics for improvement. The most important KPI? Marketing Qualified Leads!
You’ll be the one responsible to report on sales and marketing results, generated from email marketing campaigns. You will ensure that best practices are being followed to achieve maximum efficiency and support and execute strategies to nurture the database growth and quality. Furthermore, you are the one that contributes independently in a team, and skyrocket the marketing team of this organisation.

As the Marketing Automation Specialist EMEA, you need to be able to take on the following responsibilities:

  • Initiate, develop and implement end-to-end marketing automation campaigns. Including audience creation, analysis of high interest topics, content creation (with a copywriter), landing pages and content seeding;
  • Analyse performance and suggest improvements for solutions and process;
  • Enrich and segment data and set up targeted messaging;

What is required of the new Marketing Automation Specialist?

To fulfill this vacancy and become the Marketing Automation Specialist of this international organisation, we expect the following competencies:

  • 3-4 years hands on experience with at least one platform like Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo or Hubspot as an Marketing Automation Specialist/CRM specialist;
  • Strong understanding of demand generation and campaign management;
  • In-depth knowledge of segmentation, email deliverability and HTML;
