Job Description

As they are in the early years of their digital journey – you can play a big role in this development. You will never be on your own: you work closely with the Campaign Manager and Head of Commerce; and have your own team which you can develop, coach and motivate. You like to work with and learn from digital talents around you. Next to this you work together with different departments: offline marketing, sales, scrum teams,… and with people over different countries (Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, France, UK, US). Important responsibilities for the vacancy as Manager Digital Marketing are:

  • As Manager Digital Marketing you have the final responsibility for the optimal use of the different channels (organic, paid, social media, email, influencers,…) with a strong focus on traffic and conversion.
  • It’s your absolute mission to increase the number of consumers – and know how to optimize the multi-million ad spend budget.
  • You understand full funnel marketing.


You have to be a people person who is an expert in digital marketing. You can’t get enough of Google (SEA, SEO), Social, Influencer Marketing, CRM and E-mail Marketing. You breathe performance marketing. Furthermore, you have;

  • 8+ years experience in digital marketing (and preferably a first experience in managing a team)
  • Customer centric: you know what the consumers want and you convert this to targets in digital marketing
  • Your heart beats for growth. You want to attract as many customers as long as it is profitable. ROAS, attribution, life time value all beat fixed budgets from the past.
