Job Description

You will be responsible of a team, a team with ambitions and willingness to increase the business with a strong focus on their consumers. As Manager Customer engagement you will be in the lead of creating and developing a strong customer oriented strategy. Every (online) touchpoint will be part of your customer lifecycle. Your main tasks in this vacancy will be:

  • Managing experts within the loyalty and customer service team and improving the processes
  • Setting up a customer centric strategy, with a focus on increasing loyalty, engagement, cross & upsell and retention, for the NL and international market (KPI based)
  • Translate customer insights and translate these to innovative and commercial ideas. Also you will be the linking pin with IT, after all you know what the consumer wants (insights)

Requirements

To make sure all their ambitious goals are met, this organisation is looking out for a digital expert with an entrepreneurial mindset. You know how to improve efficiency and motivate the team. Your background in the field of CRM and Customer Engagement makes sure you know what the customer needs, how to improve the service and improve the value of the customer.  Must haves:

  • Proven trackrecord within CRM in a digital minded company, with preference a pure online player
  • Strong communication skills (ENG) and able to build and create focus
  • DNA: Energizing, analytical, entrepreneurial, online savvy
