They are a lively and dynamic office with an ambitious growth target to reach, and with the right team and the right strategy, they will reach this target.

What does a Key Account Manager e-Commerce do?

For the vacancy of Key Account Manager e-Commerce you will continually challenge yourself to perform. Not only you, but everyone around you. You will work closely together with the sales support and e-Commerce team and you’ll be the one to report to the e-Commerce Director. Your main focus will be to further develop the commercial activities with new customers and their existing customers.

As a Key Account Manager e-Commerce you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales revenue for the key e-Commerce accounts, this includes managing the contract & annual terms negotiations with these accounts
  • Develop customer business plans, together with the e-Commerce Manager, by creating an actionable strategy per customer
  • Execute and manage the customer business plans, this includes traveling to the e-Commerce customers and attend tradeshows

Who are we looking for?

As a Key Account Manager e-Commerce you will be the one that has a data driven analytical approach to problem solving and create out of the box solutions. You are a self-starter with a ‘Can Do’ mentality and will not take no for an answer. You have some serious Excel and Powerpoint skills.

In this vacancy we are looking for a Key Account Manager e-Commerce with:

  • 4 years of experience in a commercial role within or managing an online/e-Commerce pure player
  • You are familiar to work with online retailers within the European market, like Amazon or Bol.com
  • A deep understanding of e-Commerce and key drivers of a successful online product & listing
  • Fluent language skills in English
