As the Head of Growth you will be responsible for setting the marketing strategy that will take the company to the next level.

Job description

As the Head of Growth, you will set the growth plan by creating and execute key marketing activities. You will co-design the go-to-market strategy and will plan and launch experiments to identify new hi-potential product variations. You will identify market trends, evaluate customer needs, and prioritize new activities with product management. Because you’re a true growth hacking guru, you know what the effects of your campaigns are on the clients and the organisation. And as your target group consists of Fortune 500-1000 companies, you know you will have your work cut out for you. Together with your team of specialists you will aim for the highest goals possible. Requirements

To be the Head of Growth we’re looking for, you should definitely tick the following boxes:

  • 4+ years of experience in managing product marketing programs in an enterprise environment
  • A remarkable track record of creating and executing successful growth strategies
  • In depth and hands-on knowledge of online and offline marketing tools and you’re able to direct agencies, employees and freelancers on your marketing ideas
