Are you a Global Sales Manager able to embrace your inner child in order to take the company’s success to the next level and to prepare them for the next steps in their exciting strategy?

Your responsibilities as International Sales Manager

As an Global Sales Manager you will be responsible for helping some of the biggest retailers in the Europe to achieve a top-of-the-line shopper experience and making their customers even more loyal. You will be working together with multiple clients and are always aimed at selling them relevant and effective loyalty campaigns that match their marketing strategy. Together with the campaign team you prepare proposals for complete and cohesive shopper experiences. Additionally, you will constantly be on the lookout for new prospects in new sectors, aimed at developing new business. For this vacancy, you definitely need:

  • Affinity with loyalty and the ability to pitch complete campaign proposals in a consultative manner
  • A very commercial mindset and experience with new business development
  • A very client-oriented attitude and you’re an absolute pro at stakeholder management

Requirements for this vacancy

To succeed as an Global Sales Manager you definitely need the following:

  • 6,5+ years of experience in a Sales position and experience with Licensing: Preferably within Loyalty, grocery, retail or the FMCG industry in an international environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English – German is a plus
  • A driver’s license and the ambition to travel around the globe frequently
