Job description

As the new Global Data Strategy Lead of this company, you will be responsible to harmonize and drive data collection, storage, tagging and analysis and illustrate and evangelize use cases on how to apply the data strategy on branded properties and partnerships. Moreover, in this vacancy you are responsible for:

  • Driving local know-how in leveraging data to create audience segments by providing in-house consultancy and coaching  to the op co’s on how to best leverage the collected data to create audience segments for specific iDDM campaigns.
  • The source and managing of global data pools
  • Continuously evaluating performance of global data pools to justify cost in collaboration with co teams


To fulfill this vacancy as Global Data Strategy Lead you will need to have 7-10 years of (managerial) experience in a global role in data strategy, either client side in FMCG or retail or digital agency side in ad tech or technical role in B2C e-commerce. You will be able to use your strong stakeholder management and influencing skills and furthermore, you need to have:

  • An educational background in IT, technical engineering or computer science (MSc) and knowledge of programmatic 2nd and 3rd party data landscape & consumer data “walled garden” platforms like Facebook and Google.
  • A hands-on expertise in Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics, Tag managements solutions,  CDP (e.g. mParticle), DMP (preferably Salesforce Krux), Digital media buying tools (e.g. DBM).
  • Fluent English language required (communicating and convincing) and Dutch, Spanish, French or Portuguese is useful.
