The Director Analytics, Data and CRM EMEA has primary responsibility for outlining and executing the data, analytics and CRM vision and strategy. This includes building the team to execute against this strategy, establish the required structure, processes and tools, continually track and improve performance and consumer experience, and oversee the day-to-day tactical operations of the organization.

The Director Analytics, Data & CRM EMEA will help transform this company into a customer- and consumer-centric business that truly engages with and delights its customers and optimizes the customer experience across all touchpoints. He/she will be responsible for both the professional as well as the consumer sides of the business. This includes business and consumer intelligence, market and competitor insights, consumer and market research, retail analytics, and CRM and loyalty programs.
