Job Description Digital Marketing Manager

As Digital Marketing Manager you will work with the Sales & Marketing Director of EMEA in the Netherlands. You will direct, coordinate, control and execute their marketing strategy for the EMEA Region, based on a B2C business model. With a strong push on Digital Marketing, you’ll increase engagement and conversion of end-users via trackable digital marketing initiatives in sync with commercial initiatives. You’re the one to understand market needs and positioning of company brands and services thoroughly. You’re working on improving quality of service and overall brand experience for their partners and customers. And last but not least, you’re an excellent people manager. A whole mouth full, but at least you know what you’ll be doing. To keep it short;

  • Direct, coordinate, control and execute the marketing strategy for the EMEA Region
  • Be the driving force for digital in the EMEA region
  • Increase conversion over all marketing channels

Requirements for this vacancy

For this Marketing Communications Manager position, it is essential that you have:

  • 5 years experience in marketing areas preferably in mass consumption or agricultural sector brands.
  • Experience implementing Digital Marketing strategies in B2B and B2C sales environments strongly preferred, with proven successful track record
  • Experience in a digital marketing-focused environment e.g. an advertising agency
