What does a CRM Manager do?

We’re looking for someone that will be responsible for the pillars that shape the European CRM Strategy: you’ll devise, launch, test & optimize campaigns across the customer lifecycle within multiple channels including email, push notifications, and in-app messages. You’ll be the one to manage and ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle and report on key metrics related to on-boarding, member engagement, trial-to-member conversion, retention, and churn as well as NPS and reviews. As the CRM Manager of this unicorn, you’ll be responsible for the overall strategy that differentiates the brand and attract and retain customers throughout Europe.

In this vacancy, it will be you who:

  • Leads development of comprehensive CRM strategies on activations & engagement
  • Works across multiple departments on customer segmentation and create localized e-mail communication approach across all European markets
  • Manages new initiatives, developing meaningful member programs and segment-specific strategies, increasing attach rate and revenue throughout Europe

Who are we looking for?

In this vacancy we are looking for a CRM Manager with a proven track record:

  • 5 + years of experience in an international, result-driven CRM environment with a focus on engagement and retention marketing throughout the lifecycle
  • Experience with managing large CRM marketing projects, analyzing and driving customer LTV
  • Strong strategy- and analytical skills; ability to set KPIs, lead projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with limited resources
