The position of Senior Research Consultant is a new one in our company and involves pre-sorting for further growth and development. As a Senior Research Consultant you have three main tasks. Firstly, you are jointly responsible for shaping the content and procedures of our research activities and further developing these. This will be done in conjunction with the executive search Directors. You will also help the Directors to find the right candidates for the various roles of ultimate responsibility ranging from positions in the MT, the board of directors and C-level positions (CMO, CEO, CCO, CPTO, CDO), all within the digital domain. In this you will have a pioneering role and you will be in the lead for a range of candidate searches. Lastly, you will support the Directors in the process and project management where necessary so that they can remain focussed on clients (and candidates). You will also work with our working students where necessary.
