As our Senior B2B Marketeer you will make sure our brand Newpeople grows and that we get great leads. With this you have a crucial role to play for our ambitious goal: to become thé international Executive Search and Interim Solutions agency in the digital world.
With your knowledge and expertise you will help us create our marketing plans and strategy for acquiring new clients and interim professionals. We also value our current clients and candidates, so nurturing them is also part of the strategy. To improve the awareness around our digital leadership solutions you will use different channels and campaigns, such as SEM, SEO, content, social, email, events and PR. You’ll take the lead when it comes to our marketing propositions, leadgeneration, customer satisfaction and upsell.
You won’t be doing this alone. Together with your colleagues of Executive Search and Interim Solutions you’ll create fully integrated and measurable campaigns and plans, mainly focused on board members, directors and C-level managers.
The most important thing is that you like to take initiative and ownership over your projects. You try to inspire and motivate your colleagues with your updates, activities, marketing plans and your results. You’ll be directly reporting to the CEO.
Besides being proactive, you are also someone who isn’t scared of trying out new things. You’re able to make people around you enthusiastic and getting them on board with your ideas. A real connector with strong analytical abilities, who really wants to see results.
