About the vacancy Director Interim Solutions

As Director Interim Solutions, your intrinsic motivation is to help organizations further in their digital transformation and/or digital growth. In addition, you closely follow the trends and developments within the digital landscape: it is your job to further expand your network and create and capitalize on opportunities in the market. You do this both individually and together with the team by acting as a sparring partner for our clients and providing them with sound advice on their digital strategy and the implementation of their interim assignments.

As Director Interim Solutions you are specifically responsible for:

  • You maintain intensive and qualitative contact with the client and you advise the customer on digital transformation and/or growth from a people and leadership perspective. In addition, you are a good listener and you understand the challenges the organization faces. You then know how to convert this into assignments for Newpeople;
  • Setting up, expanding and proactively maintaining a strong network of (placed) interim workers and clients in a qualitative manner;
  • Supervising the entire interim process on both the interim and client side;
  • You are a full-fledged discussion partner at Management and C-level within the digital domain;
  • Organizing and facilitating substantive events, knowledge hubs and round table sessions in combination with the marketing team;
  • You have an affinity with digital;

About you

As Director Interim Solutions you make contact easily and you have the ambition to be the best in the profession, resulting in high-quality and long-term relationships with clients and interim professionals. Do you recognize yourself in the profile below?

  • You have a college/university work- and thinking level and at least 5 years of relevant work experience, you have developed yourself over the years into a thorough and substantive discussion partner in the field of digital transformation, innovation and growth for management and interim professionals;
  • You have a combination of a commercial drive with a genuine curiosity about organizations and people;
  • You find collaboration important, can give and receive feedback and you can reflect well on your own performance;
  • You are a self-starter, inquisitive, curious, see a challenge in solving interim issues and finding the very best interim worker and you do not give up before all possibilities have been explored;
  • You have an affinity with the digital domain;
