As the Director Interim Solutions, you are intrinsically motivated to help organisations with their digital transformation and/or digital growth. Aside from this, you closely watch trends and developments in the digital landscape: it is your job to further expand your network, to create opportunities in the market and to act on said opportunities. You do this individually as well as in conjunction with your team by acting as a sparring partner for clients and by advising them on their digital strategy and how to fill in their interim tasks, in a thorough manner.
