About the Director Interim Solutions job position

As the Director Interim Solutions, you are intrinsically motivated to help organisations with their digital transformation and/or digital growth. Aside from this, you closely watch trends and developments in the digital landscape: it is your job to further expand your network, to create opportunities in the market and to act on said opportunities. You do this individually as well as in conjunction with your team by acting as a sparring partner for clients and by advising them on their digital strategy and how to fill in their interim tasks, in a thorough manner.

As the Director Interim Solutions your specific responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining intensive client contact in a qualitative manner and advising the client about digital transformation and/or growth from a human and leadership perspective. Aside from this, you are a good listener and you understand the challenges that the organisation is facing. You know how to turn this into assignments for Newpeople;
  • Setting up, expanding, and proactively maintaining a strong network of (posted) interim employees and clients in a qualitative way;
  • Guiding the whole interim process on the side of the interim employee as well as on the side of the client;
  • Being a full-fledged conversation partner at a managerial and C-level in the digital domain;
  • Organising and facilitating content-related events, knowledge hubs and round table discussions, in conjunction with the marketing team.

About you

As the Director Interim Solutions, it is easy for you to reach out to people and you have the ambition of becoming the best in the business, which results in long-term, meaningful relationships with clients and interim employees. Do you recognise yourself in the profile below?

  • You have a WO level of thinking and at least 5 years of relevant work experience. Over the years, you have developed into a full-fledged and knowledgeable conversation partner when it comes to digital transformation, innovation and growth for boards and interim employees;
  • You have a commercial drive combined with a genuine curiosity about organisations and people;
  • You value working together, you can both give and receive feedback and you can reflect well on the way you function;
  • You are a self-starter, you are inquisitive, curious, see a challenge when it comes to solving interim puzzles and when it comes to finding the very best interim employee and you don’t give up until you have looked into every possibility;
  • You have an affinity with the digital domain.

What we offer you

  • A gross yearly salary of 75-100K (including 8% holiday pay), depending on your experience;
