About the Consultant Interim Solutions job position

As the Consultant Interim Solutions, in conjunction with your team,  you are responsible for maintaining and further building on the interim network and the client portfolio. Aside from this you are also responsible for the whole interim process on the side of the interim employee as well as on the side of the client. 

As the Consultant Interim Solutions your specific responsibilities include:

• Proactively maintaining a (strong) network of interim employees and clients and further expanding this in a qualitative manner;
• Acquiring and qualifying new assignments from current clients as well as new ones;
• Being a sparring partner for interim employees and (potential) clients when it comes to digital transformation and digital growth;
• Simultaneously carrying out several different assignments. You work systematically, you research, you judge interim profiles and you successfully finish assignments;
• Organising and facilitating content-related events, knowledge hubs and round table discussions, in conjunction with the marketing team.

About you

• You have a WO level of thinking and at least 2 years of relevant work experience;
• You have a commercial drive combined with a genuine curiosity about organisations and people;

• A gross yearly salary of 45-70K (including 8% holiday pay), depending on your experience;
