About Newpeople

About the Consultant Executive Search job position

As the Consultant Executive Search, together with the Director Executive Search, you are responsible for:

  • The whole executive search process from A-Z which includes doing desk research, putting together a search profile, searching for and approaching potential candidates and making a longlist. Aside from this, you are also involved in the interview process and in preparing candidates for the conversations they will have with clients. We don’t advertise our running assignments, but rather exclusively approach potential candidates personally;
  • Conducting in-depth interviews with the best candidates in the market to gauge what their desires and needs are. You advise them on the next steps in their career and you test what kind of organisation best matches their leadership style. This means you get an excellent insight into the job market and the culture at many of our clients’ companies. It also means that you get into contact with professionals and leaders at the highest level. By constantly talking to candidates and clients, you become a full-fledged conversation partner at a managerial and C-level in the digital domain and you know what is happening in the market;
  • As the Consultant Executive Search, you work on several different assignments at the same time. You coordinate the whole process and ensure that there is progress in every assignment. You work together with other Consultants and Directors to initiate further business development.

About you

As the Consultant Executive Search, it is easy for you to reach out to people and you are someone who is eager to see results when it comes to connecting ‘new’ leaders in organisations in order to make digital transformation and/or growth a reality. Do you recognise yourself in the profile below?

  • You have a WO level of thinking and working and at least 5 years of work experience as a (senior) Consultant in executive search, (strategy) consulting or human capital;
  • You carry out several different assignments simultaneously with pleasure and ease. You work systematically and have an analytical mindset;
  • You value working together, you can both give and receive feedback and you can reflect well on the way you function. You are able to work well independently but also like to connect;
  • You are a self-starter, you are inquisitive, curious, see a challenge when it comes to solving complex puzzles and when it comes to finding the very best candidate and you don’t give up until you have looked into every possibility;
  • You are skilled in communication (both verbal and written) and you are able to elaborate cooperation proposals, job descriptions and candidate profiles. Fluent Dutch and excellent English are required.

What we offer you

As the Consultant Executive Search, you become part of a growing, dynamic and developing team. From us you receive: 

  • A gross yearly salary of 45-70K (including 8% holiday pay), depending on your experience;
