Girav was founded 10 years ago and offers a wide range of male clothing for the top half, whereby top of the range quality, perfect fit and excellent customer service are core values. Girav is a D2C brand (no sales through retail or marketplaces) and is currently active in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. To achieve future growth aspirations, Girav is looking for a Head of e-Commerce that will focus on e-Commerce next to the two owners.

The Head of e-Commerce is commercially responsible for Girav and thus also responsible for the intended profit and revenue. He/she develops the commercial e-Commerce policy which is aimed at further growth, and makes sure this is executed clearly. The Head of e-Commerce leads the e-Commerce team, expands it further and leads it in an inspirational and decisive manner.


The Head of e-Commerce that recently started here is a proven e-Commerce leader with a clear vision and a proven track record in growth in an e-Commerce environment. He is analytically strong, data-driven, operates autonomously (is proactive) and is at the same time able to effortlessly stay connected with the rest of the team and the two founders. The Head of e-Commerce is also very much action and results-oriented, flexible and commercial. Someone that thinks in solutions, always wants to keep improving and has a high amount of energy.

Girav has an informal, results-oriented and involved work environment and is based in Amsterdam’s inner city. The Head of e-Commerce has a varying role with a clear scope so impact can quickly be made. Working together in a ‘no nonsense’ setting and with plenty of opportunities to contribute to Girav’s next phase of digital growth.
