Description

Within these exciting roles of E commerce specialists and managers, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing a strategy to build on the rapid growth of e-commerce to maximise future sales of the client. These roles are based in the Netherlands.


Areas of responsibility in general include:

  • Planning - Produce targets and annual budgets, prepare and execute the seasonal planning calendar and set KPI benchmarks
  • Operations & analysis - Regular review of the customer journey, ensure website accuracy and integrity, track traffic and sales performance, report on KPI's, research and implement the use of analytics software, conduct regular competitor reviews, control P&L etc.
  • Internet Marketing, Sales and Conversion
  • Customer Service - Manage and monitor all elements of the customer experience from the initial order through to the returns process

Requirements

Who we're looking for?

  • Extensive experience within an on-line selling environment for a branded company
  • Educated to degree or equivalent in business/analytical/internet
  • Analytical and numerate
  • Commercially aware
  • Software skills, like analytics (Google, Omniture/Mercado etc)
  • Advantageous to have experience with SEO and SEA
  • Good inter-personal relationship skills
