Our client is a highly profitable business unit of one of the highly respected global financial institutions and is working hard to become the worldwide leader in their specific market segment by achieving challenging targets year on year.
Within this dynamic, international and learning environment we are looking for direct sales executives. The direct sales executives we’re recruiting for will be responsible for winning -mostly new- large national, international and global customers operating in the Dutch Market. The position is based from Holland, in combination with a home office. You will be responsible for growing the business line –new and existing customers with non credit insurance - within the defined territory of The Netherlands. Specific focus will be on companies with high volumes of export to Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Americas and Asia Pacific Regions that deliver us sustained and repetitive debt collections cases to result in solutions for up-selling and deep-selling within these accounts (e.g. new subsidiaries), early collections and automated solutions.
Key activities include:
Identification of new prospects (with support of market research), assessment of client needs and key account management. Key aspects are business growth, profitability and sales development: retain, acquire and develop.
The Right Candidate:
You have in-depth knowledge in –key accounts- sales and preferably have a network of clients that are key stakeholders in the credit management departments and/or finance departments within the territory. With your experience and proven track record of success in acquiring high profile corporate customers and dealing with key (financial) decision makers you will form part of an international team where you will exchange knowledge and find support from each other in implementing our growth strategy.
